SmartTech Cambodia · Technology, research & innovation

Practical technology for better living.

We explore problems across health, energy, agriculture and digital systems, then build and test focused solutions. Our current venture priority is a sexual-wellness vending pilot designed to address privacy concerns, reduce embarrassment, and make access more convenient. Demand and operating economics still need real-world validation.

01 / Our approach

Start with a problem. Test the solution.

SmartTech Cambodia is building a company around applied engineering, research and responsible commercialization.

The work begins with a real need, a prototype and a measurable question. Earlier technical projects shaped this approach; they are not presented as corporate sales or operating deployments. In sexual wellness, a self-service channel may improve convenience and privacy. The pilot must test that hypothesis with customers.

02 / Vending solutions · current focus

Sexual-wellness vending: from hardware to pilot.

A physical machine prototype exists. A public paid service has not launched. The proposed customer flow is product selection, an approved payment, independently verified payment status and one confirmed dispense.

A local ABA PayWay KHQR Sandbox QR demonstration and a separate BI prototype support learning. They do not establish production payment approval, live stock feeds or payment-triggered physical delivery.

Who the pilot is for

One prototype. Two distinct questions.

The proposed vending service has a customer experience to validate and an operating arrangement to define with a suitable organization. Neither is a live public offer.

Privacy and clarity at purchase.

Test whether eligible adults value a discreet way to buy condoms at a permitted site, with clear pricing, verified payment, reliable delivery and help when something fails.

For organizations · exploratory B2B model

A site and service to design together.

Potential hosts and collaborators can help define site suitability, written responsibilities, product controls and a commercial model. Machine rental and managed services remain options to assess, not available offers.

A clear view of the current stage.

01

Physical prototype

Machine hardware exists for development and review. Product, site, payment and delivery readiness remain open gates.

02

Sandbox QR work

A local ABA PayWay KHQR Sandbox demonstration can create a test QR. This does not verify a payer transaction or authorize dispensing.

04 / The business opportunity

Prove one site. Then learn what can scale.

01

Customer demand

Do adults choose this purchase channel at a permitted location? What do they value, and what concerns remain?

02

Site economics

Do verified product sales cover supply, payment, host, restocking, maintenance and machine costs? Current models are illustrative, not forecasts.

03

Repeatable operations

Can the product be kept available, safe and reliably delivered across suitable sites with the required permissions?

05 / Prospective business services

A broader technology company in formation.

Our direction spans applied AI and data, digital transformation, energy and climate, education, and work with NGOs where a real problem and delivery partner are identified.

These are prospective lines for research, prototypes and scoped collaborations. They are not presented as deployed services, signed partnerships or revenue streams. The sexual-wellness pilot is the immediate venture priority.

07 / Decisions ahead

Milestones before scale.

For the 27 October 2026 investor discussion, the proposed raise is US$70,320. This is a working request supplied by the team, pending an approved line-item budget, quotes and investment terms; it is not committed funding or a return projection.

1 · Clear the gates

Confirm lawful products and channel, written host permission, production merchant approval and machine safety.

2 · Verify the full flow

Test exact-order payment verification, one dispense, stock records, failed delivery, support and refunds.

3 · Run a bounded pilot

Only after approvals, observe demand, uptime, product condition, service effort and actual site costs.

4 · Decide with evidence

Stop, improve or expand using agreed thresholds and documented results.

Investors · Healthcare organizations · Hosts

We welcome conversations about financing a staged pilot, evaluating suitable sites, research and responsible service design.
