Partners / Investors and institutions

Build the next milestone with evidence.

SmartTech Cambodia is preparing a staged sexual-wellness vending pilot. We welcome investors, suitable hosts, healthcare and public-interest organizations, researchers and technical collaborators to define a specific question, responsibility and evidence plan.

01 / Where collaboration could help

Different partners, different decisions.

01

Investors

Review the proposed US$70,320 raise for the 27 October 2026 discussion, its pending line-item budget and staged pilot gates. This figure is a working request, not secured capital or an investment offer.

02

Healthcare, NGOs and research

Explore product suitability, independently reviewed information, privacy safeguards and a responsible evaluation design. No content or program partnership is assumed.

Discuss healthcare collaboration →
03

Potential hosts

Hotels, retail or pharmacy venues, suitable entertainment locations and institutions can explore adult access, power, privacy, servicing and written terms. No venue is approved without documented permission.

For organizations / Exploratory B2B models

Choose a question before a contract.

The team proposes hosting, rental and service support. These are discussion paths, not established packages, prices or existing partnerships. Any model depends on permissions, machine readiness, written responsibilities and actual site economics.

01

Host a bounded pilot

Assess a suitable location, adult access, privacy, power and servicing. A location fee or revenue share is a term to negotiate only after costs and roles are understood; no income is promised.

02

Explore machine access

Rental or another machine-access arrangement may be evaluated after hardware safety, payment, support and commercial terms are proven. SmartTech does not currently present a verified rental or machine-sales service.

03

Define operational support

Installation, replenishment, maintenance and stock reporting would need an agreed service scope, capacity and data controls. The local BI prototype is not a live stock-monitoring system.

Potential settings include hospitality, retail, pharmacy and appropriate adult-access venues. Educational or public-health settings need separate suitability, product and safeguarding review; no site is approved or installed.

Business model / Investor discussion

Test the economics at one permitted site.

The team's business model canvas sketches a possible service; it is a planning tool, not evidence of partners, sales or returns. Product sales are the initial revenue hypothesis. Advertising and other future revenue ideas are outside this pilot case.

Upfront costs

Machine work, approved payment integration, installation and the first product stock need a quoted budget.

Running costs

Products, host terms, payment fees, replenishment, transport, maintenance, customer support and compliance need real measurement.

Decision metric

Compare verified net product sales and service quality with full site costs before considering expansion.

02 / What a pilot would establish

A shared question, a measurable answer.

A useful partnership helps make the pilot more rigorous and the next decision clearer.

Demand

Do customers choose the machine at a real permitted site, and why?

Experience

Is the purchase clear, respectful and easy to complete?

Operations

Can stock, payments, delivery, maintenance and support work reliably?

Economics

Do actual sales and direct costs support the site, with a repeatable service process?

03 / Our proposed sequence

Agree the scope before making claims.

1 · Explore

Discuss the organization’s goals and the specific question a pilot should answer.

2 · Check

Confirm product rules, site suitability, payment approval, privacy, responsibilities and costs.

3 · Plan

Define written roles, baseline assumptions, metrics, decision thresholds and support processes.

4 · Test

Proceed only when permissions and controls are in place; report real results and limits honestly.

Partnership questions

Clear answers for this stage.

The proposed operating model is still being designed. These answers distinguish current evidence from options to discuss.

Can I rent or buy a SmartTech machine now?

No rental or machine-sales offering has been verified. We can discuss a future arrangement after technical, legal, service and pricing terms are established.

Could a host earn a location fee or revenue share?

Those are possible commercial structures, not a promised return. A written agreement would need site-specific costs, responsibilities and payment terms.

Who would install, restock and maintain the machine?

The team and host would define those duties in writing before a pilot. Operational capacity, stock controls, support and failure handling still need testing.

Does the machine have live QR payments and stock monitoring?

No production ABA integration, verified customer transaction, live stock feed or payment-triggered dispense is established. The current KHQR and BI work is local or Sandbox demonstration.
